Company Mission
The genesis of any idea is not unlike the spark that can ignite an inferno. Much like that spark, no good idea can exist in a vacuum. Outside Perspective was created to serve as a strategic thought partner to advance innovative work in our community. We utilize a unique blend of tactical analysis, practical and professional experience, and a nonlinear approach to problem solving to build consensus and create innovation. As a Black Owned business created in Pierce
County, we understand the importance of inclusion, equity and representation in our community.
Outside Perspective, LLC endeavors to support and foster a community of successful small and micro enterprise owners through coaching and skill building.

Owner Profile
Rodney Robinson has spent the bulk of his professional career in human service and non-profit management. While working with both individuals and families that society would consider marginalized, he saw the importance of creating a self-sustaining economic base for communities and individuals. Through the process of learning about what it takes to create and sustain an effective business he realized that the key components were mentoring, access to information and capitol, and coaching. Rodney hopes to bring these components to prospective and established business owners especially in communities of color. He hopes to bring a practical application of skills learned through both self study and lived experiences to help people achieve the freedom associated with multiple streams of income and business ownership.
